Keeping the Tradition Alive

Our first film showcases poetry from Joel Nelson and music by Dale Burson, R.W. Hampton, Randy Huston, and Rod Taylor, all working cattlemen filmed on ranches in West Texas and New Mexico. Between songs and poems, the participants talk directly with each other or with filmmakers John and Erika Moore about horse training, becoming cowboys, horse wrecks, finding water, and living a life outdoors. NOTE: All prior film ticket purchases have been upgraded to 1-year rentals ending Dec. 15, 2022.
