Become a Lone Star Legacy Society member by making a planned gift from your Donor Advised Fund, IRA, or a bequest through your will or life insurance policy in honor of your family and loved ones. Your gift will make a difference by helping to preserve the very heart of cowboy history and culture for generations to come. Please consider honoring your family or loved one by making a legacy gift, in their name, through one or more of these categories:

From an IRA as a Qualified Charitable Distribution (not subject to tax) which could qualify as part or all of your annual Required Minimum Distribution;
A Donor Advised Fund as a one-time, recurring, or beneficiary gift;
A bequest through a Last Will and Testament;
By assigning a Life Insurance Policy or simply making Lone Star Cowboy Poetry Gathering a beneficiary; and/or,
By donating Appreciated Assets other than cash (which may have significant tax advantages to the donor).
