Howdy everyone!
Just wanted to let you know we've announced the menus for our Cowboy Suppers at the Alpine Civic Center (Thursday, Feb. 19 to Saturday, Feb. 21). As always, you need to order your supper in advance, so our caterer, Roux Alpine, can prepare the right amount of food.
Unlike other years, there are very few restaurants open in the evenings in Alpine right now. If you have a favorite, and you intend to eat there, please call now to see if they will be open, and if you can get a reservation. If you can't, we would love you to eat with us, but we will need your reservation soon.
Thurs, 2/19 - 5:30-7 PM: Cowboy Supper at the Civic Center, catered by Roux Alpine. Menu: oven-fried chicken with green chile cream gravy, scalloped potatoes, green beans with bacon, Green Goddess salad, biscuits, peach cobbler, tea, and water. $33 advance; includes tax and tip. Deadline to order: Feb. 13.
Fri, 2/20 - 5:30-7 PM: Cowboy Supper at the Civic Center, catered by Roux Alpine. Menu: brisket with maple BBQ sauce, charro beans, baked potato salad, green salad with ranch and chopped vegetables, Texas toast bread and pickles, chocolate chunk cookies, tea, and water. $33 advance; includes tax and tip. Deadline to order: Feb. 13.
Sat, 2/21 - 5:30-7 PM: Cowboy Supper at the Civic Center, catered by Roux Alpine. Menu: pot roast with gravy, cheesy mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, warm dinner rolls, apple crisp, tea, and water. $33 advance; includes tax and tip. Deadline to order: Feb. 13.
